Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
- Assist in recruitment activities including manpower planning, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate staff performance appraisals with department heads.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave entitlement, and medical claims.
- Arrange payments for OT, allowances, and outstation claims.
- Assist in compensation & benefits administration.
- Support disciplinary and employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and HR procedures.
- Liaise with local authorities and panel clinics when required.
- Assist in organising employee training and development programs.
- Support QMS/SOP maintenance and implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with relevant HR experience will have an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
