HR Assistant / Officer
Junior Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
  • Assist in recruitment activities including manpower planning, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Coordinate staff performance appraisals with department heads.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave entitlement, and medical claims.
  • Arrange payments for OT, allowances, and outstation claims.
  • Assist in compensation & benefits administration.
  • Support disciplinary and employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and HR procedures.
  • Liaise with local authorities and panel clinics when required.
  • Assist in organising employee training and development programs.
  • Support QMS/SOP maintenance and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with relevant HR experience will have an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
