Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and strategies across multiple companies
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management
- Manage payroll, compensation, benefits and statutory requirements
- Advise management on employment matters, workforce planning and organisational needs
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulations
- Lead training, employee development and engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and improve HR processes and systems
- Liaise with government agencies, insurance providers and other external parties
- Lead and support the HR team across the group
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR management role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, regulations and best practices in HR management
- Excellent knowledge of of payroll, recruitment, employee relations and performance management
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience managing HR across multiple companies or entities is preferred
- Experience in a trading, commercial or SME environment is an advantage
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
